Return & Exchange Policy

The product must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
The product has not been worn, washed, damaged or used, and all original labels and brand packaging are intact and undamaged.
The returned goods must be in good condition, fully restored to their original sales state, and can be resold.
Only products marked on the product details page that support 7-day no reason return and exchange can be returned.
Do not dismantle the original hanging tags and labels attached to the packaging or products.
Please do not remove the attached anti-theft label, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
Gold jewelry, customized products, products that do not support 7-day no reason return or exchange, and products that are scheduled for purchase do not support returns.
Close fitting clothing (bikinis, swimsuits, underwear, T-shirts, etc.) should be tried on on the outer layer of the clothing. Returns that have been worn or have stains are not accepted.
Please put a layer of plastic bag on your head to try on the hat. Hats with hair and dandruff are not accepted for returns.
Shoes must be returned using the original product packaging and shipping box.
Socks must be returned in their original packaging and unopened.
The mask must be returned in its original packaging that has not been opened, worn, and intact.
For goods with cash on delivery, if returned after signing for delivery, the courier company's collection service fee and shipping fee must be borne, and other terms of the return policy must be met.
Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
We do not support products with no reason within 7 days, do not support returns midway, and do not support returns or exchanges without reason after stocking.
